Does the trial require a credit card?

Yes — a card is required to start the 14-day trial on Pro or Power. You can use the Free tier indefinitely without entering payment details.

Why is there a limit on ideas?

Because the limit is the feature. Research on goal shielding (Shah, Friedman & Kruglanski, 2002) shows that committing to a focal goal automatically suppresses competing ones — and the people who successfully ship ideas tend to be working on fewer than they think they need. The limit is a commitment mechanism, not a restriction. When you finish or archive an idea, the slot opens. Finishing or archiving is a decision, and decisions move things forward.

What happens when I hit the idea limit?

Your existing ideas, tasks, and conversations are all safe — nothing is deleted. Archive a stalled idea to open a slot, or upgrade for more active ideas. The coach will prompt you when you're close.

What counts as an AI message?

Each time you send a message in the coaching chat, that counts as one message. Idea capture and follow-up push notifications do not count.

What happens when I hit the AI message limit?

The coaching chat is paused for the rest of the month. You can still capture ideas, manage tasks, and view your history — nothing is lost. The limit resets on your billing date.

Can I downgrade or cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription. You keep Pro or Power access until the end of your billing period.

What's the difference between Pro and Power?

Pro is for the solo founder running a small number of serious ideas in parallel — 10 active ideas and 200 AI messages per month covers most people well. Power is for people actively running multiple bets simultaneously: 30 active ideas and 600 messages. If you regularly hit Pro's idea cap or exhaust messages mid-month, Power is the right tier.

Are prices in AUD?

Yes, all listed prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Paddle adds applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) at checkout based on your location and displays the final tax-inclusive amount before you pay.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Do push notification reminders work on iPhone?

Yes — but only when IdeaFlow is installed to your home screen. This is an Apple platform requirement, not an IdeaFlow limitation. On iPhone, open IdeaFlow in Safari, tap Share, and select 'Add to Home Screen.' Once installed, follow-up reminders work exactly as they do on Android. iOS 16.4 or later is required.
