Does the trial require a credit card?

Yes — a card is required to start the 14-day trial on Pro or Family / Team. You can use the Free tier indefinitely without entering payment details.

What counts as an AI message?

Each time you send a message in the coaching chat, that counts as one message. Idea capture and follow-up push notifications do not count. Family / Team members share no message cap.

Can I downgrade or cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription. You keep Pro or Family / Team access until the end of your billing period.

What happens when I hit the AI message limit?

The coaching chat is paused for the rest of the month. You can still capture ideas, manage tasks, and view your history. The limit resets on your billing date.

How does the Family / Team plan work?

The owner purchases one subscription and invites up to 3 other people via a link — 4 seats total. Everyone gets their own private workspace. The 50-idea pool is shared across all seats.

Are prices in AUD?

Yes, all prices are in Australian dollars. Paddle converts to your local currency at checkout and handles all taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) automatically.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Annual billing at 2 months free is on our roadmap. Email us if you'd like early access.
