Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using IdeaFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

IdeaFlow provides an AI-assisted coaching environment for capturing and developing personal or professional ideas. The AI responses are generated by a large language model and are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

3. Your account

  • You must be 16 or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You may not share your account with others or use it for activities that harm third parties.

4. Your content

You own all ideas, descriptions, and messages you create. By using IdeaFlow you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely to deliver the service.

You must not submit content that is illegal, violates third-party intellectual property, or that you do not have the right to share.

5. Payments and plans

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
  • The 14-day trial is available once per account. After the trial, you are charged at the plan rate.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.
  • We reserve the right to change plan prices with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use IdeaFlow to:

  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automation or shared accounts.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service.
  • Transmit malware, spam, or anything designed to disrupt the service.

7. Availability and warranty

IdeaFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.

9. Changes to these terms

We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
